Parcels weighing under 2.5 kg enjoy doorstep delivery to Lagos and Abuja for ₦5,500 via Kxpress, the logistics arm of Konga.
Doorstep delivery to other major metropolitan cities is also available at competitive rates. Please confirm the delivery cost with us before placing your order.
Free Delivery Policy
We are pleased to offer free delivery on qualifying orders.
Eligibility Criteria
Orders must have a minimum purchase value of ₦75,000 to qualify. and less than 5 kg outside Port Harcourt City.
Free delivery applies to urban and metropolitan areas within Nigeria.
The delivery address must fall within an eligible location.
Delivery Process
All orders are shipped via Kxpress (Konga’s logistics service).
Estimated delivery timeline: 4–7 business days.
A delivery confirmation SMS will be sent once your order has been successfully sent out for delivery.
Exceptions
Free delivery may not apply to large, bulky, or oversized items.
