We create and sell home décor, personalised gifts, inspirational products, cards, keepsakes and other gift and lifestyle products.
2. Products and Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, colours and prices displayed on our website are accurate.
However, slight differences may occur due to:

Handmade production

MadebyYuli is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer.

6. Prices
All product prices displayed on the website are in Nigerian Naira unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change without prior notice.
The applicable product price is the price confirmed at the time your order is placed.
Delivery charges may apply depending on the customer's location and delivery method.
7. Payment
MadebyYuli currently accepts payment through bank transfer.
After your order details have been confirmed, payment instructions may be provided through our WhatsApp order channel.
Customers may be required to send payment confirmation so that we can verify the transaction.
An order will not be considered fully confirmed until the required payment has been received and verified.
MadebyYuli does not request card numbers, CVV codes, PINs, passwords or other card security information through our website or WhatsApp ordering process.
8. Order Changes and Cancellation
Customers should contact MadebyYuli as soon as possible if they need to make changes to an order.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes where production or fulfilment has not yet begun.
Once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible, particularly for personalised or custom-made products.
Where a cancellation is accepted, any applicable refund will be handled according to the circumstances of the order and the applicable refund terms.

MadebyYuli offers delivery arrangements for customers in Port Harcourt and other locations across Nigeria.

Personalised or customised products generally cannot be returned simply because the customer has changed their mind once production has commenced.

Where an order has already entered production, costs relating to personalised or custom work may affect the amount refundable, subject to applicable law.

All content on the MadebyYuli website, including photographs, product images, graphics, logos, text, designs and other materials, belongs to MadebyYuli, Yuli & Carmen Co. Ltd., or the relevant rights holder unless otherwise stated.

15. Customer-Submitted Content
Where customers provide photographs, artwork, text or other materials for the purpose of creating a personalised product, the customer confirms that they have the necessary rights or permission to provide those materials.
